1.Recently, we have been facing big shortage of equipment in All China ports and further huge space shortage because of operating losses of operating vessel/voyages caused by bad weather conditions and port congestions and plus continuous increase of vessel charter hire price. 

2. Under the above circumstances, in order to make timely equipment supply and to manage vessel/space from China, we have no choice but to increase the RATE with the effective date from 15/November 2020 for Far Eastern Russia ports.

3. Your positive understanding would be highly appreciated. We will try to arrange your valuable shipment with the best connection to Russia as always.

 RATE QUANTUM : Increase USD 100/TEU, 100/FEU on top of current freight
