Increase Tariff VAT to 11% per 1 April 2022

Effective April 1 2022 – Indonesia government has adjusted the VAT (Value Added Tax) will be adjusted to 11% - applicable to all transactions with domestic and international parties.
 
For invoices with “Freight and cargo transportation ” as an item the VAT applicable will be 10% of the new rate, which will be 1.1%.
 
The VAT will be imposed on all invoices issued on and after April 1 2022.
