Received by the Carrier, the Goods Specified herein apparent good order and condition unless otherwise stated to be strasported to such place as agreed, authorized or permitted herein and subject to all the terms and conditions appearing on the front and reverse of this Bill off Lading or Multimadal Transport Document (hereinaffer called the ‘B/L’) to which the Merchant agrees by accepting this B/L, notwithstanding any local privileges customs or any other agreements between the parties.
The particulars of the Goods provided herein were stated by the shipper and the weight measurements, quantity, condition, contents and value of the Goods are unknown to the Carrier.
In withness whereof three (3) original B/L (s) have been issued and either one (1) has been surrendered, al the other (s) shall be null and void.
If required by the Carrier one (1) duly andorsed original B/L must be surrendered in exchange for Goods or delivery order.

KIFFA B/L 앞면약관으로, 국문해석은 다음과 같습니다.
본 선하증권 또는 복합운송증권(이하 “본 선하증권”이라 칭함)을 수령함에 있어 화주는 어떠한 지역적 특권 및 관습 또는 당사자 사이의 다른 약정에도 불구하고 본 선하증권의 표면 및 이면에 언급한 모든 규정 및 조항에 구속되는 것에 합의하며, 본 선하증권에 달리 기재되지 않는 한 운송인은 본 선하증권에서 합의되고, 위임되고, 인가된 장소로 운송하기 위하여 본 선하증권에 열거된 물품을 외관상 양호한 상태로 화주로부터 인수한 것으로 한다.
본 선하증권에 기재된 물품의 명세는 화주가 기재한 것이며 물품의 중량, 용적, 수량, 상태, 내용물 및 그 가액에 대해 운송인은 알지 못한다.
상기 증거로서, 본 선하증권에 달리 기재되지 않는 한 원본 3통의 선하증권이 서명된다. 2통 또는 더 이상의 원본 선하증권이 발행되어 그 중 1통의 원본이 회수되면 다른 증권은 무효가 된다. 운송인이 요구하는 경우 화주는 물품 또는 물품인도지시서(D/O)와 상환으로 정히 배서된 선하증권 원본 1통을 제출하여야 한다.
