As Retail Operations Coordinator, South Korea you will be the primary contact towards fulfillment and handling of online orders and returns in the Korean market. The role requires you to be action oriented with great attention to details. You have getting-things-done mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and improve operations. You will be heavily involved in creating a positive customer experience in our Etail channels. You will work within a global team based in Stockholm, Shanghai, and Tokyo, and you will ensure operational efficiency throughout the Commercial systems. The Retail Operations Coordinator, South Korea reports to the Head of Asia, Online based in Hong Kong.

This is a unique opportunity to join a global fashion house and play a key role in taking the brand’s business forward while maintaining operational excellence. The position is based at our local operation location in South Korea and is part of the Commercial Controlling & Operations department 


Tasks will include, but not be limited to 

• Set up and maintain operating procedures at the local storage and order fulfilment centre

• Primary contact regarding online orders in Korean market towards Client Services and internal teams.

• Provide first class service to all Commercial channels.

• Manage daily operational workflows including orders, returns, omni services and payments with active use of order management system.

• Manage all aspects of store/local storage inventory including goods receiving, stock taking, transfers & redistribution. 

• Support internal projects within the Commercial department.

• Contribute with ideas and innovation to address new and/or existing business challenges.

• Responsible for packaging, including stock management and replenishments

• Work actively to ensure that the operations department delivers and fulfills objectives and directions from HQ and Commercial operations department

Qualifications 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, logistics management or similar

• Minimum 3 years of work experience, relevant experience from retail or stock management and/or the fashion industry is meriting

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems and backend systems (WMS/ERP/PIM/PSP)

• Strong problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

• Experience from ERP- and/or Order management systems is required

• Fluency in Korean and English is required
