1) 전산/IT Assistant
• To Assist personnel with PCs, servers, networks, printers, and software
• To Perform routine network and PC installation, and troubleshoot, maintain and resolve any related problems
• To Back up local systems on scheduled intervals
• To Do document processes and procedures
• To Maintain ticketing system for prioritizing tasks
• To Be the primary point of contact for personnel with any IT question or task
• To Grant/revoke access to various internal and external systems
• To Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

2) 해운수입 Operation
• To handle import shipments from start to finish
• To process all import seafreight documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• To process all KN pre-alerts (KNIE) and job registrations.
• To raise invoices for international sea freight and local handling charges.
• To complete pro-forma claims for damaged or pillaged cargo.
• To ensure that all import customs procedures are adhered to.
• To provide response for quotation inquiries when requires
• To support with internal staff whenever
• To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

3) 항공수입 Operation
• To handle import shipments from start to finish
• To process all import airfreight documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• To process all KN pre-alerts and job registrations.
• To raise invoices for relevant freight charges.
• To complete pro-forma claims for damaged or pillaged cargo.
• To ensure that all import customs procedures are adhered to.
• To provide response for quotation inquiries when requires
• To support with internal staff whenever
• To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

4) 해운 디지털 마케팅
• Be responsible for creating and enhancing the local strategy to deliver the countries volume-
  and financial targets
• Conduct customer interviews and business reference groups to present the KN FreightNet FCL Asia
   concept/functionality and provide feedback to improve site features and UIX to make it more customer centric
• Create viral growth: drive traffic to the website/landing page through blogs, social media, SEO/SEM and
   programmatic buying/re-targeting
• Drive onsite conversion from “unique visitors” to “registered accounts” to “active customers” through systematic
   site analytics and extensive A/B testing
• Create, translate and distribute content for the front end and
   social media in local language based on corporate brand voice guidelines
• Prioritize and optimize growth channels based on data analytics and effectiveness
• Conduct KN FreightNet FCL Asia training and awareness sessions to marketing, sales, customer service and
   other local stakeholders in line with the commercial and inbound marketing strategy

5) 물류창고 관리자
• To Plan, Direct and Implement Warehouse Operations and
   Administrative Support to meet Prescribed Productivity and Service Goals
• To Establish Efficient Distribution set-up and Coordination with other KN departments.
• To Implement Effective Staff Organization and Provide Leadership.
• To Frequent Performance Review Interviews.
• To Maintain Customer Relationship with all Clients in the Distribution Center
• To Manage the Establishment of Customer Service Standards for all Accounts,
   Communicating these Standards to all Personnel
• To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
