- 직무내용
 
1) 전산/IT Assistant
• To Assist personnel with PCs, servers, networks, printers, and software
• To Perform routine network and PC installation, and troubleshoot, maintain and resolve any related problems
• To Back up local systems on scheduled intervals
• To Do document processes and procedures
• To Maintain ticketing system for prioritizing tasks
• To Be the primary point of contact for personnel with any IT question or task
• To Grant/revoke access to various internal and external systems
• To Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

2) 해운수출 Operation (정규/계약직)
• To process all Seafreight export bookings and dispatch requirements accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• To ensure that document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards,
while maintaining departmental KPIs.
• To ensure that all documentation is filed or scanned as per operational and company requirements.
• To ensure all Seafreight rates are checked and are accurate at all times
• To manage customer complaints in a professional manner, taking appropriate corrective action and/or notify
relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints.
• To follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to the company policies and
working instructions.
• To Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

3) 항공수출 Operation
• To provide first level, front line communication to clients
• To liaise with sales team in order to understand customers’ needs and expectations.
• To arrange bookings as per customers’ requirements
• To ensure all documentation processing is performed according to client requirements in an accurate
and timely manner
• To ensure customer quotations are available and review selling and buying rates to maximize GP
• To issue invoices to customers accurately in line with agreed rates and quotations
• To assure proper information updated into internal/external systems
• To maintain excellent relationships with customers
• To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

4) 물류창고 관리자
• To Plan, Direct and Implement Warehouse Operations and Administrative Support to meet Prescribed
Productivity and Service Goals
• To Establish Efficient Distribution set-up and Coordination with other KN departments.
• To Implement Effective Staff Organization and Provide Leadership.
• To Frequent Performance Review Interviews.
• To Maintain Customer Relationship with all Clients in the Distribution Center
• To Manage the Establishment of Customer Service Standards for all Accounts, Communicating these
Standards to all Personnel
• To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
