두 포지션 모두 Sales팀 소속이며 Key account manager의 경우는 과/차장급 이상으로 고려하고 있습니다.
먼저, Key Account Manager의 경우 업무 내용 및 자격 조건은 다음과 같습니다.
<Job description>
- Periodic performance management reviews with key accounts
- Communication with MEC global account managers, counterpart stations & customers
- Monitoring the client’s budget and negotiating new terms if necessary
- Providing progress reports to clients and upper management
- KPI, SLA, irregularity management
- Customer Service
<Qualifications>
- University graduated
- Minimum 10 years of freight forwarding experience required.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in programs used for word processing, power point presentation.
다음으로 Field sales의 경우 주임~차장급으로 고려 중이며 업무 내용 및 자격 조건은 다음과 같습니다.

- Develop New Accounts
- Develop specialized products
- Collection of market information
- Support the General Sales Manager with Market information
- Participate Training program & Seminars to follow the changed market situation
<Qualifications>
- College or above.
- Deep understanding of forwarding & SCM flows.
- Having problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to overseas and customers.
- Ability to build strong relationship.
- Takes appropriate words and actions in dealing with a variety of people and situations based on the nature of the relationship or circumstances
