Subject : NOTICE OF RATE INCREASE FROM F.E Russia to South East Asia ports and ISC Regions

1.Continuously, we have been facing big shortage of equipment in the following Asian ports including mostly China ports and further huge space shortage because of cargo rush in all around world and port congestions and plus continuous increase of vessel charter hire price.

2.Under the above circumstances, in order to manage vessel/space from Asian ports mentioned below, we’d like to seek your deep understanding that we have no choice but to make an increase of the rate with the effective date from 23/November 2020 for Far Eastern Russia ports.

3.Your positive understanding would be highly appreciated. We will try to arrange your valuable shipment with the best connection to Russia as always.
