라이센스 계약
라이센스 계약 , License Agreement / Licensing Agreement
특허(patent), 실용신안(utility model), 의장(design), 상표(trade mark) 등의 공업소유권(industrial property right), 노하우(know-how)의 공여에 관하여 두 기업 사이에서 맺는 계약을 말함. 기술제휴계약(technical collaboration agreement), 기술도입계약, 기술수출계약이라고도 함.
